Hello, my name is Sarmite. As a longtime healthcare professional and clinician, I encountered debilitating daily stresses and trauma that led to my own mental and physical health crises all of which provided me with an opportunity to do life differently.

Along my healing journey of recovery, I encountered providers who were less than supportive and who did not necessarily embrace natural healing options.

However, I remained steadfast.  I began to educate myself on holistic treatments and care while incorporating a regimen of self- care, mindfulness, nutrition, meditation and faith.
My recovery has since led to a more fruitful life of ease, healthier outcomes, peacefulness and positivity. I have developed programming designed to help you RE-SET, RENEW and RENOVATE your life. At Exquisite Legacies DE we are here to help you successfully navigate your Journey of Change.
